Acceptance of Order

Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email acknowledging the details of the order. This email is NOT an acceptance of the order, just a confirmation that it has been received.                                                                             
Unless the customer cancels his/her order, acceptance of his/her order and completion of the contract between him/her and NatGeo Store PH will be completed when we email him/her to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the Philippines where our operation center is located and the language of the contract is English.                                                         
We reserve the right not to accept a customer’s order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that the customer does not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.                                                                        
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to the customer or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Insurance and Delivery         
               
NatGeo Store PH ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer’s specified delivery address. A signature for any goods delivered is required, wherein responsibility for the purchased goods is transferred to the customer. If the customer has specified a recipient who is not them for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then they accept that evidence
of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by NatGeo Store PH and transfer of responsibility in the same way.   
       
Please note that it is aimed to dispatch all orders within two (2) business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and shall commence from the date of dispatch. NatGeo Store PH shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Tracking your Order

Once the customer’s order is fulfilled, he/she will be receiving a notification via email with the Tracking Number and Tracking Link, which they may use to track one’s order status. The tracking button can also be found at the bottom of the page.                                                                                                                                 
NatGeo Store PH shall store a record of the customer’s transactions for a minimum of one year.
