General Terms
This website is operated by Goldwing Retail Group Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and "NatGeo Store PH" refer to Goldwing Retail Group Inc. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By purchasing from the site, you are engaging in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
Registration
Registration of an account is required to place an order on NatGeo Store PH. Upon registering, users are required to provide true and accurate information in all the given fields of registration to ensure delivery of purchased items. Should any of the submitted registration information change, please email NatGeo Store PH to request for revision/s. Registration requirements are subject to change without prior notice.
Eligibility
To make purchases through the site, inputting personal information will be required. Customers must provide details such as their name, phone number, email address and other pertinent information.
Furthermore, when ordering items, the customer will be required to provide payment details. The customer must represent and warrant that the payment details provided upon ordering are both valid and correct and confirms that he/she is the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Site is available but not limited to individuals and others who meet the NatGeo Store PH terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to NatGeo Store PH, whose applications are acceptable to NatGeo Store PH and who have authorized NatGeo Store PH to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. NatGeo Store PH reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
NatGeo Store PH offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from the distribution center of the National Geographic Apparel Philippines Warehouse.
Please note that items inside the cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you are also accepting the terms on the Return Policy page regarding product cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the Site are in PHP (₱, Philippine Peso) and are inclusive of VAT.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The PHP (₱, Philippine Peso) price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
Customers purchasing from NatGeo Store PH will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs applicable only.
If the credit card used by the customer is not denominated in PHP or USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the credit card company processes the transaction.
Acceptance of Order
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email acknowledging the details of the order. This email is NOT an acceptance of the order, just a confirmation that it has been received.
Unless the customer cancels his/her order, acceptance of his/her order and completion of the contract between him/her and NatGeo Store PH will be completed when we email him/her to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the Philippines where our operation center is located and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept a customer’s order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that the customer does not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to the customer or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment
Payment can be made using Visa & MasterCard debit/credit cards and e-wallet options such as GCash, GrabPay, Maya via QR PH. Online bank transfer is also available via InstaPay and PESONet.
All payment channels are enabled through HitPay. Payment will be debited and cleared from the customer’s account upon dispatch of his/her order by NatGeo Store PH.
The customer confirms that the credit/debit card that is being used is his/hers or that he/she has been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of their payment card refuses to authorize payment to NatGeo Store PH, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
To help ensure that the customer’s shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, NatGeo Store PH uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of the customer’s order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss they may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data they provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Items purchased using gift vouchers are not applicable for return or exchange unless items have factory defects.
Insurance and Delivery
NatGeo Store PH ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer’s specified delivery address. A signature for any goods delivered is required, wherein responsibility for the purchased goods is transferred to the customer.
If the customer has specified a recipient who is not them for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then they accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by NatGeo Store PH and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that it is aimed to dispatch all orders within two (2) business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and shall commence from the date of dispatch. NatGeo Store PH shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
