Refund policy
All items sold on NatGeo Store PH go through quality control procedures. Every item is thoroughly inspected before, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.
NATGEO STORE offers our customers the option to return certain products within the fourteen (14) day return period upon delivery or purchase. Returns due to change of mind/size/product preference will be entertained during this time. All orders returned due to change of mind/size/product preference are only valid for product replacement/exchange or store credit. Any shipping fees that are incurred are to be shouldered by the buyer.
Once the return and exchange claim has been approved, customers have fourteen (14) days to return the product and claim their product replacement or store credit. If customers fail to return the item within this period, the return and exchange request will be voided and can no longer be appealed.
All returns due to change of mind/size/product preference will only be accommodated once. Succeeding requests to return or exchange the order due to the aforementioned reasons will be denied.
Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to undergarments, socks and other items listed as not returnable.)
Items returned to NatGeo Store PH will be processed within 10-15 days from the time the package is received by the warehouse. A dated sales invoice is required to process the claim. Sales Invoice must include valid date, name or style number of product and purchase price.
Upon completion of the inspection process, a NatGeo Store PH representative will provide the results of the product claim through email.
NatGeo Store PH Guidelines for Product Exchanges and Returns
- Any product returned for return/exchange must have been purchased from NatGeo Store PH or at National Geographic PH Retail Stores.
- Items may be exchanged with other items for sale within NatGeo Store PH or through National Geographic PH Retail Stores.
- Requests solely due to change of price will not be entertained. All prices and payments of orders are honored during the time of purchase. Discounts or promotions are applied at checkout or at the time of purchase and are not retroactive.
- For NatGeo Store PH orders, the shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer for orders below PHP7000.
- It is recommended to ensure the return shipment as the customer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until NatGeo Store PH Warehouse receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.
- A dated sales invoice/receipt must be returned with the product. All merchandise must be returned unused and in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
- Should the customer wish to make a return, visit any of our National Geographic PH Retail Stores along with the product and original Official Receipt. A product replacement or a store credit voucher will be issued for valid claims at the sole discretion of NatGeo Store PH. Store credit vouchers are non-transferrable, and not convertible to cash. Store credit vouchers may be used at any National Geographic PH Retail Stores
Return Date: Within 14 days
- Any item purchased through NatGeo Store PH or at National Geographic PH Retail Stores is eligible for return within fourteen (14) days from the date the item was delivered/purchased. Returns due to change of mind/size/product preference will be entertained during this period.
- Only orders valid for resale can be exchanged. Orders must be returned with a dated sales invoice/receipt and the product’s original and complete packaging for it to be accepted.
- All orders returned within 14 days will be valid for a product replacement/exchange. If the customer does not avail of a product replacement, store credit will be offered in exchange.
Return Date: After 14 days

Only defective items will be accepted for return after the fourteen (14) day period. Returns due to change of mind/size/product preference will no longer be entertained. Defective Lifestyle footwear will be valid for return for a maximum of thirty (30) days.
2. Orders must be returned with a dated sales invoice/receipt and the product’s original and complete packaging for it to be accepted.
3. A product replacement may be issued for defective items. If the exact same product (including size) is no longer available, a product of equal value may be issued as replacement.
4. If a product replacement is not available or not claimed by the customer, store credit may be offered.
Exchange of the following items shall not be accepted except those determined by NatGeo Store PH as factory defect:
- Items that have been worn more than once or show signs of excessive use.
- Claims requested solely due to damaged packaging, boxes or wrapping cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personal care items, such as but not limited to socks, compression gear, sleeves and headwear/caps (for hygiene reasons).
- Purchases that are made at a National Geographic Store abroad cannot be accepted.
