Order Support
How do I order online?
- Start shopping by browsing through the catalog and clicking on a product to be redirected to its page for more details.
- Product details, additional photos, and sizing options can be found on the product page. Click the “Size” button to see the available sizes of the selected product and input the desired quantity for ordering. The customer can also change the quantity of their order from this page. Once the customer has decided on a size, click on "Add to Cart" button to add it to their shopping cart.
- To view and edit the items inside the cart, click the shopping cart icon seen in the upper right corner of the page.
- By clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button, the customer will be transferred to the Checkout page where they shall be required to input their contact details and delivery information.
- Delivery details, shipping methods, payment methods and the order summary can be seen on this page. Customer details including the shipping address will be required to be filled up in the Checkout page to place and order.
- Review all inputted details. Once done, click “Place Order” to complete the order.
- Once the order has been placed, an invoice consisting of the order details and delivery schedule/tracking number will be sent to the inputted email address.

Shipping Policy
How do you ship your orders?
The shipping courier varies depending on the shipping location. NatGeo Store PH’s fulfillment partner uses a variety of couriers for deliveries such as LBC and Entrego within Metro Manila and for provincial deliveries.
Where do you ship your items to?
NatGeo Store PH can ship almost anywhere nationwide via different couriers.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary depending on the number of items as well as the shipping location. Shipping costs can be seen when checking out.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The shipping time for an order depends on the shipping address and the items ordered. Generally, if the shipping location is within Metro Manila it will arrive within 3 to 5 days and for provincial orders, 7 to 10 days. Please allot up to 14 days for outer islands and remote areas.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will be receiving a notification via email with a Tracking Number and Tracking Link which you may use to track your order status. NatGeo Store PH will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Orders must amount to a total of four thousand pesos PHP 4,000.00 or more to avail of the free shipping nationwide. This will be automatically applied upon checkout.
Can I exchange an item for a different item?
Items may be exchanged within seven days of the receipt of the item with other items for sale in NatGeo Store PH. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.
How do I return/exchange an item?
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Make the return/exchange request through our customer service team by emailing NatGeo Store PH with the complete item details (Name, email used for the order, order number, item, photos of the item). Customer may be asked for more photos of the item.
- Customer must keep the original invoice and original packaging and tags of the item completely intact.
- Once approved for a return/exchange, customer service will inform the customer steps on how to return the item. Method and costs associated with the return and exchange depends on the reason for return/exchange.
Can I return items bought on Sale?
Items bought on sale, or any discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Once my item is returned and inspected and approved by the warehouse team,
will I get a refund via store credit or cash/credit card?
- Eligible for cash / credit card credit -If an item has factory defects (such as sewing defects), or if the wrong item was given
- Eligible for store credit- Change of size, change of mind
When will I receive a refund for returned items?
Processing of the refund may take 1 to 2 weeks from the time the item being returned is received by the NatGeo Store Warehouse. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the item to be returned to the NatGeo Store Warehouse shall be shouldered by the buyer.
Sales, Returns, and Exchange Policies
- All items sold on NatGeo Store PH go through quality control procedures. Every item is thoroughly inspected before, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.
- Items returned to NatGeo Store PH will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time the package is received by the NatGeo Store warehouse. A dated sales invoice is required to process the claim. Sales Invoice must include valid date, name or style number of product and purchase price.
- Upon completion of the inspection process, a NatGeo Store PH representative will provide the results of the product claim through mobile and/or email.
Guidelines for Product Returns for Material and Workmanship Flaw
- Any product returned must have been purchased from NatGeo Store PH only.
- It is recommended to ensure the return shipment as the customer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until the NatGeo Store Warehouse receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.
- A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product claim to receive inspection. Products must have the original packaging included (such as transparent apparel bag, shoebox) as well.
- Returns do not include shipping postage. If an order is refused, the customer will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred.
- All returned merchandise must be in original condition.
- Counterfeit products will be rejected.
If the product claim is approved, a product replacement (same or comparable style) OR a Store Credit voucher for use at NatGeo Store PH only at the sole discretion of NatGeo Store PH will be issued. Product replacement OR Store Credit voucher will be delivered within 7 working days from the time the customer has been contacted by a NatGeo Store PH representative.
The following will NOT be accepted:
- Returns of any footwear that were produced more than 2 years after the manufacturing date (found on the tag inside of the shoe) will be returned without inspection.
- Products that NatGeo Store PH determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws.
- Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration.
- Products that do not have an accompanying dated sales invoice.
- Products without the original packaging (such as transparent apparel bag, NatGeo shoebox, etc.).
- Salesman samples or Promotional products.
- Product with the labels removed.
- Discounted Products.
Inspections and Store Credit Redemption
- If the product is deemed to have a material or manufacturing flaw, a Store Credit voucher for the suggested retail value of that product will be issued, to be used at NatGeo Store PH only.
- Products that DO NOT pass NatGeo Store PH’s inspection process will either be returned to the customer with an explanation.
- Denied products that are returned to NatGeo Store PH under a new product claim will be recycled without compensation.
- If a Store Credit is issued, the returned items will be recycled.
- Store Credit may be redeemed through NatGeo Store PH only.
- Store Credit is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
- Store Credit cannot be used to purchase NatGeo Store PH Gift Cards.
- Store Credit value will equal NatGeo Store PH ’s suggested retail price / discounted price of the item/s returned.
- Upon Store Credit redemption, the order total will include the price of the product(s), any applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. If the order total exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by cash or credit card or any online payment gateway.
- NatGeo Store PH reserves the right to suspend or cancel any issued Store Credit vouchers that are associated with a violation of its policies.
- NatGeo Store PH reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review vouchers and orders for suspected fraud, or for vouchers mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination. In addition, NatGeo Store PH reserves the right to void any Store Credit Vouchers and/or recycle products associated with previous fraudulent or abuse of the claim process.
- NatGeo Store PH is not responsible for lost or stolen products that have been denied and returned to the customer.
Webstore Guidelines for Product Exchanges and Returns
- Any product returned for exchange or for refund must have been purchased from the NatGeo Store PH Web Store.
- Items may be exchanged within fourteen days from the time the product was delivered.
- Items may be exchanged with other items for sale within NatGeo Store PH only.
- The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.
- It is recommended to ensure the return shipment as the customer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until the NatGeo Warehouse receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.
- A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product.
- All merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
- All merchandise must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
- Items may also be refunded within seven days, but the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the returned item will be shouldered by the buyer.
Policy for Product Exchanges and Refunds
- Items should be returned unused, and with all NatGeo Store PH and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
- Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, hang tags, dust bags should be included with the return. Full packaging must be included with the return.
- All items returned should have a sales invoice. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced by NatGeo Store PH without any further cost to the buyer. NatGeo Store PH will evaluate each case to certify that the items in question are truly defective.
- Items that were bought on sale or any form of promotional discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.
